Quick Update

So... here's a quick udpate on how im doing.
Took measurements today, gaining muscle in calves thighs and upper waist area. Inches have gone up in all areas about .5-.75 inches, but clothes are fitting better so I know it's not FAT!
Losing in the waist, pooch hips and bum, AWESOMENESS!!! Arms have stayed about the same, I see the are gaining muscle but losing fat at about the same rate!

So in 2 months I have lost 8 inches in my problem spots, :D


Mini goal for end of august is to be in size 10's, comfortably, not sucking it in :)

Jeans...

Postponing....

I decided to postpone my result showing until the end of august.... I have done alot in a year... not quite at my goal however though... and I would rather show the beginning to the end(slash another beginning ;) all at once.

A quick update on my progress:
Since last July I have lost over 30 inches and 30 pounds!
I have went from a size 16/17 to a size 11/12 (weird difference in juniors 17-11 and ladies 16-12, sigh lol)

I still have work to do, but I am proud of what I have accomplished so far and look forward to the last leg of my "getting there" journey... then it will be the maintaining journey :)

Not too awful, its gotten pretty loose(the shirt), when I first started working out I was stretching it out to fit into it lol.
