I am getting so pumped for this. I will be doing the 20 week class schedule, and will be doing them through the holidays. I didn't lose much during my ChaLean Extreme Insanity hybrid, but that isn't why I'm not continuing that. I need something new, a different style of a workout. And from previewing turbofire I think it is an awesome choice. I will be sticking to a diet close to that in TurboFire, as best I can anyways.
My goals are some pretty high ones to aim for, but with dedication I know I can accompish them.
Weight Loss is my main one about 20-25 pounds, not too unreasonable, about a pound or little more each week steady.
We shall see what happens. This is going to be one AMAZING journey!!!! :)

1 Week Left In Month 1 and TurboFire on the horizon??!?
Last two weeks have gone well. I did move to a new place (don't you just love doing that) but still lost 2 pounds, not too shabby :). Month 1 measurements get taken next week (hopefully they are something to talk about :P) My 21st birthday falls in the middle of this week, and call me crazy, but I don't want to spoil my progress by binge drinking that night :), so I'll pass on that one.
Any TurboFire junkies out there? Ever since I started INSANITY cardio has become much more appealing. TurboFire seems to match the intensity of INSANITY just a different style.
Just might have to start thinking about that :)

WOOT!
So I weighed myself this morning, I lost 1.6 pounds this week! .1 over my goal, heck I was shocked I even made it to my goal lol. And the only place my measurements aren't the same is right across the pooch(the dreaded pooch lol) which is even better news :) Off to a good start, at least I know I'm doing something right this time. I think the added INSANITY helps. I burn about 600-700 calories a session there :)

Week 1 Down, 11 more to go :)
Wow what an awesome start I had this week. I pushed through the harder workouts with so much more intensity. I didn't do amazingly awesome about drinking more water this week, but I made a conscious effort and every baby step counts :) Another of my goals were to count calories and ALL of them, made an awesome effort at doing that this week. Tomorrow I'll do my weekly weigh in to see how much I have lost(aiming for 1-1.5 pounds per week) hopefully I lost about what I was aiming for.
Toughest workout was the pure cardio from INSANITY, lots of grunting and groaning and digging deep in that sucker. INSANITY has improved my cardio endurance enough to be noticeable, and I've only been adding it in and not that much for a short amount of time.
Favorite moves of the week were definitely v push ups and the triceps ball push-up from INSANITY Cardio Power and Resistance.
New favorite snack Kashi Go Lean Crunch with almond milk, try it its awesome stuff :)

Day One
Definitely had an awesome start day. :)
Today was the first burn circuit. It starts off with a 4 min warm-up, followed by about a 30 minute workout and then a cool down. The warm-up usually isn't enough for me, I feel a tad rushed through it so I will stop a do a little more on my own. The workout itself was intense as always, felt the burn in my shoulders today for sure. And the ab exercise was definitely enough to ignite a little fire in the abs.
