What is it that gets me up and moving? Whether it's bright and early or after a long, tiring, been out in the cold day. Most of the time I would have to say I enjoy working out. Who wouldn't after you see the kind of changes you can make. It was exciting waiting for the 30 day marks, knowing I was changing by the mirror and then being blown away by how much I actually lost.
Do you want to put your jeans on and see a roll?, whether it's under or falling over the top of your jeans. Because I sure as hell don't . And thanks to these past 7 months mine has gone down dramatically.
ChaLEAN Extreme was a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!!! I couldn't believe strength training would have ever had such an effect on my body. I can't wait for TurboFire to finish so I can start the Hybrid of the two :) :)
