Week 5 Day 2 Fire 30 and Sculpt 30

Fire 30 class goes like this:
4 minute warm up
2 combos, one is 2 minutes the other is 1 minute done on right and left leads. 6 minutes total.
First Fire Drill, the ones included in this happen to be 1:15
Next set of combos again 2 minutes and 1 minute on right and left leads. 6 minutes total.
Second Fire Drill
5 minute finale
4 minute cool down

Sounds easy? HAH! Only if you make it easy ;)

What kind of combos are we talking about?
A lot of jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, some speedbags, 7 steps, fire throws, roundhouses and "push it's".

That in combination with a sculpt class, feel the burn my arms, feel the BURN!!!! :D
