Week 6 Done :D

Whew, and what a week it was!!!! My kicks have improved by so much. My upper legs and abs are getting tight, not so flabby ya know, and that is awesome. The motivation from Chalene is just INSANE!!! I like this month because of all the long cardio days but I am starting to miss the HIIT's. Luckily they will be back before I know it. I really like how next month is looking. 3 HIIT days with 30 minutes of sculpting on those days, :D :D!!!

I have started using myfitnesspal, and I definitely notice a difference counting calories that way compared to just a notepad. It has more of an actual accountability feeling to me.

Tomorrow is the last technical day of week six with a 20 minute core class and a 40 minute stretch class. One of the first stretch/yoga classes I have actually liked. Ahhh... blissfully relaxing Sunday here I come :)
