So I totally feel very down at the moment. I am so ticked this weight isn't coming off no matter what kind of workout I do or what I eat. The scale just won't budge. I have upped my workouts and calories accordingly, I am not sure if I am losing inches as I only do that monthly. Hopefully the end of this week, when I measure, will bring happiness. Until then I will continue pushing. For instance today I did zumba for an hour and a half and weight training for a half an hour. So maybe all this hard work will pay off sooner rather than later. Now off to ddo :)
