Woo hoo!!!!!.
So today was the official halfway point of my prepping for summer workout, and I have been nailing it!!!!
Dedication is key!
So a quick update. Been drinking tons more water. The energy in my workouts lasts till the end and(drumroll please) I have lost 11 pounds in 6 weeks. Not bad I say not bad at all. I havent taken measurements though, I save that for end of phases.
