Next Saturday!!! Is when I will measure myself, kinda pumped to see how these two workouts work hand in hand will do. Also thinking about how I might have to change the schedule, mostly thinking about adding in HIIT on 2 of my strength training days... we shall see though. These few weeks have gone well though, sticking to my diet and using my fitness pal to track calories and such. Hoping for a decent change in weight, cross your fingers :) And of course a decent change in measurements. So lets see.. diet has been on target, so has the exercising(even doing the yoga! ;).. cutting down the turbo fire really makes it all the more fun which equals a lot more pow in it as well :) Fast food has been cut out almost entirely!! Water intake is still getting slacked off on.... but am still working at it :)
